Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support across all IT services, including user devices, applications, and networking
• Perform system administration tasks, including user management, software installations, and system configurations
• Monitor and maintain client infrastructure, ensuring maximum uptime and performance
• Handle day-to-day IT support requests, resolving technical issues efficiently and professionally
• Collaborate with Tier 2 and Tier 3 engineers to escalate and resolve complex technical challenges

Qualifications

• 1-2 Years experience in an IT environment
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server and desktop operating systems
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V
